Just a quick note for DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone users…
If you’re trying to calibrate your visual positioning system on your computer with DJI Assistant 2, because the app has told you to (like it did for me), and you get a blank white screen (like it did for me)… hope is not yet lost.
Are you using a second monitor? Turn it off. Restart the drone and Assistant. Try again. It should work now.
Thanks to this guy for making this helpful video and stopping me throwing the drone out the window. I didn’t have to adjust the screen resolution on my MacBook Pro, it worked fine without the second monitor.
Seriously DJI. How is your hardware so good, but your software and support so bad? Fix this please.
